I also like both, but I prefer Eve. Something about its elegant simplicity as opposed to Eliza, although I do usually like longer, more complex names. Also, it bothers me that Eliza is a shortened form of Elizabeth. If I wanted to call a daughter Eliza, I'd put Elizabeth on her birth certificate.
