[Opinions] Peter, Milo, Georgia and Thea
Sadie Fay and ...1. Sadie's first name is just a name we liked, her mn is a family name.
2. Peter is a family name, as is Anthony. Pierantonio includes both and is a town in Italy. Lorcan and Phoenix were chosen for meaning. Milo is a name we like, also has a nice meaning.
3. Georgia is a name we like, George is occasionally used as a mn in DH family. Colleen is my mn. Anthea is for Anthony and we were engaged in Florence.
Peter Lorcan nn Pete
Peter Phoenix
Milo Pierantonio
Milo Peter-Anthony Georgia Colleen
Anthea Florence nn Theahttps://www.behindthename.com/polls/292840

How lovely! I especially like Peter Lorcan ("Pete") and Anthea Florence ("Thea"). Then again, I adore Thea in any form. This is a gorgeous combo, btw.

I think you should follow the same pattern as what led you to Sadie Fay. Pick a first name you like and a middle name with meaning. Therefore I would suggest
Milo Pierantonio
Milo Peter Anthony (no hyphen, two middle names)
Georgia Florence
Georgia ColleenMy favourite name of all you've mentioned is Phoenix. If you would ever consider this as a first name, I'd go for it! Love it!
I also prefer Georgina over Georgia.

I would go with a family name over a name chosen for the meaning any day. I like Milo better than Peter as a FN.Milo Peter Anthony is a nice combo (no need for the hyphen, it only creates extra hassle in his initials).
Pierantonio sounds very Italian. I woudn't use it, unless there's a reason like Italian heritage or something. Anthea Florence is the best out of these two in my opinion. I'd go with Anthea Colleen though. If Florence has a special meaning I'd consider Milo Firenze. I would personally love to have a decent reason to use Firenze :D

My DH is very Italian and we love to visit. We got engaged in Florence and got our positive pregnancy test in the town of Pierantonio (a town we visited purely because it has our Dad'snames in >
It). So all things having to do with both of those names mean a lot to us.

I prefer Milo over Peter, and Peter-Anthony sounds a bit weird so I'd go with Milo Pierantonio. I like both Georgia and Anthea, but I think that Georgia goes better with Sadie. Not a big fan of Colleen though, I'd rather see Georgia Anthea or Georgia Florence.

I like Peter Lorcan. Peter Anthony or Antony is also good. Phoenix and Milo don't seem human to me: respectively a 500 year old bird rising from its own ashes and, where I live, a chocolate drink.Anthea Florence is lovely and very floral without being too obvious about it. I far prefer Georgina to any other female version of George, but it doesn't sound as good with Colleen as Georgia does.

I like Peter LorcanPeter is a good, solid classic and Lorcan is distinct and has a cool meaning. I’m not a fan of Phoenix, it seems hipsterish to me. Milo Pierantonio works because they’re both Italian and flow well. Milo Peter-Anthony seems an awkward mix of Italian and English and just doesn’t really work. Georgia Colleen is awesome — definitely getting an early 20th century naturey vibe here. It’s vintage-dated but still timeless in a way and totally works. Anthea Florence is nice but I really personally dislike the name/nickname Thea. I like Anthie much better as an NN, but it’s about your taste, not mine.

Peter Lorcan is my favorite of the boys; I'm not a fan of Phoenix and Milo is ok but not as nice and classic as Peter. Is Peter Anthony out of the question? If so, I do like Lorcan. I love Georgia but Colleen is just meh; Georgia Florence is a bit too place-namey so I get why you might not want to use that (although I think it can definitely still work!) I like Anthea Florence "Thea" A lot too; definitely a lovely uncommon name. I think Georgia fits nicer with Sadie though :)
