Daphne. Hands down. Cheerful, floral and friendly. OK, it can shorten to Daffy, but that's not the worst thing that can happen, or even inevitable.
Daniel is one of my favourite male names, but Danielle with that thumping YELL for a last syllable is a disappointment. And, like Gabrielle, it's been getting quite a lot of use here recently, so it's hard to escape it.
Delilah ... I don't mind naughty biblical ladies, not at all, but that wailing Tom Jones song is enough to make me consider voluntary deafness.

The only one I don't like is Danielle - partly because I grew up around several (and only liked one), partly because I really can't stand the nickname Dani.
So for Daphne vs. Delilah, I would probably go with Delilah, if only because Daphne occasionally reminds me of Daffy Duck.

Delilah, because I think it's pretty and I think that the Biblical story is the only strike against it. I've never been wild about Danielle, though I don't hate it, but in addition it was just too popular. I hate Daphne. Too close to "daffy" if you ask me. I could live with the Biblical Delilah if I had to.

1. Daphne - It's heard of but not used often; a little Daphne these days would likely be the only one in her class/school.
2. Danielle - A bit boring, but I wouldn't be at all opposed to using Danielle if I *had* to.
3. Delilah - The biblical namesake isn't the best association, and I also think of the radio personality (not really either a good or bad association). The name is a little too frilly, like something a celebrity might use. I really like plain old Lila though!
So, Daphne.

I had never heard of this woman until people mentioned her in this thread. She hosts a radio show? I haven't listened to the radio in years.

I'd pick Danielle. I like it pretty well. Delilah has sort of a pretty sound, but also an obnoxious vibe. Daphne just sounds snotty.

I love the sound of Danielle too. I believe I knew quite a few while attending K-12 schooling-so the name is all too natural--and cannot ever seem "dated" by review of popularity statistics: then again, few names can seem dated to me by a mere review of popularity statistics.
