Help[Opinions] Suggest a name!
Is there a name that you really, really think deserves to be in this site's database and you can't believe it's been overlooked? Post it here and I'll check it out for the next name update (coming soon). You can also suggest a user-submitted name that you think needs to be moved into the main repository.

Is it too late to suggest one?
Is it too late to suggest Feodosia / Feodosiya?
Feodosiy is in the database, but the female versions aren't.
The Feodosia spelling is also the name of a city in Ukraine.

I started the update yesterday evening. Generating the name relations takes several hours to complete so there's no going back at this point!

I typically don't include double names unless they have an established history of being used together. Can you (quickly) suggest another?

I'm going to suggest Lady.
It is an English title but it seems the majority of its usage in Latin America.
Even though it has been used since at least the late 19th to early 20th centuries in that part of the world, much of its usage occurs from 1981 onwards.

Regarding how the name performed in that country, it jumped in popularity when Diana married Prince Charles in 1981 and again in 1997 and 1998 after her death. Looking through some FamilySearch records from Peru, some of the women with this name after 1981 were given the full name 'Lady Diana' or some variant in her honour.

I wouldn't mind seeing the anglicised Graeco-Roman name Diadumenian in the History section. It was, after all, the name of a Roman emperor from the 3rd century AD.

It was given to only 6 people in the US in 2006 and 2008, and less than 5 every other year. As such I don't think it belongs in the main database. Can you suggest another?

Ah, alright. Fair enough. (: No harm done. I guess I'll maybe go with Ridge. That one I know is at least being used. (Within the top 1000 and is steadily rising). It's the only one I can think of that might qualify. If that one isn't good either, I appologize.
