[Opinions] Anton
What do you think of the name Anton? Is it too old fashioned? I’ve always liked it paired with Simon (brother)

I like it. It's never been super popular where I'm from so I don't really know if it sounds too old.Anton & Simon are great for brothers. Sounds 'vintage' but not dated.

Meh, it’s okay. 6/10. Anton Simon is pretty cool.

I love it.It's a bit dated in Denmark, but I think it's about to make a comeback, as most dated names have been wont to do here.Simon would be an excellent brother. I also like Silas, Linus, Isaac, or Oscar as a brother for Anton. If we're going by the length of the names, so they'll fit in those areas.

Is ok, I prefer Anthony. Both go well with Simon

Very French but pairs well with Simon and despite that might end up working out :)

I like it very much; particularly, I prefer it to Antony, which seems more old-fashioned where I live. Plus, I don't enjoy Tony as a nn, and Anton doesn't attract it as much as Antony does.

Very handsomeI love this sleek, cosmopolitan name. I don't think of it as old-fashioned, but I also love old-fashioned names, so that would never deter me.

It was my great great grandfather's name, and I've never liked it. It also fairly common in my age group so I think it's too dated to give to a child today. And something about the name just feels clunky.

I like it well enough but wouldn’t pair it with Simon, they’re a bit rhymey.

I really don't wanna sound salty, but I'd think Anton would be the nerdy kid, like me LOL. Unless paired with Simon. I like that. I might actually take the leap to call him Anton-Simon.
