Gillian followed by Lillian followed by Camille. If it has to be the Jillian spelling, though, I'll pick Lillian instead.

I love the name Camille, It is so elegant! I also really like Lillian, it has a classic yet modern feel to it.

Jillian. It's a name I like well enough to use. Lillian is at least better than wimpy Lily, but it just sort of blends in with all the other Lilys and Lilianas and Lilas. Camille is okay, it's nie for a mn, maybe.

I quite like Camilla, but not Camille.
I dislike all Lil- names.
I like Jillian, but if I used it, I would go for the Gillian spelling. Jill is fine as a nn for Gillian or as an independent name, but Gillian is what I like.

Camille I guessI dislike Jillian, I find Lillian a bit fussy but I do like it as a middle name. I do like the French pronunciation of Camille (ka-MEE) more than ka-MEEL. It's not the "meel" part I don't like though, but the beginning of the name. I think I'd prefer Camilla because it seems a bit brighter.

I like Lillian the best, then Jillian, then Camille. All three are pretty.I'd probably rate Camilla (with an A) as being somewhere between Lillian and Jillian, though.
