I like it. I'd love to see it as a middle name. I'm not sure how Olivia got popular. Maybe actress Olivia Newton-John in the 80's or Olivia Hussey boosted the name.

I mean popular now. I looked at the stats and it’s going up rapidly in many places.

I have no idea. Maybe because of the character Olivia Pope in American TV series Scandal that ended a year ago. It is very popular.
