Miles isn't my style but I don't hate it, and Sophie is infinitely better than Sophia. I think it works as a sibset.

I like Sophie, Miles doesn't seem to go, I'd choose a more classic name Andrew, Daniel, Gabriel, Alexander, James

These are two of my favorite names and I think they work really well together as twins. Similar in style, but not too matchy and have different initials (I don't mind same initials but some people don't like it).
