I actually really like it as a full name! I'm also fond of the names individually (though I admit to preferring the French pronunciation, ZHAK-LEEN / JAK-ə-leen, to the English JAK-ə-lin).

Very long and elegant. Frenchy too. It would make me think of a very intelligent girl who’s always at the library and got accepted to an excellent school. Good name.

Jacqueline: I like it very very much! It sounds very sophisticated and royal to me. Love the -que- part.
Jackie: Nah as a girl's name, the "Jack" part sounds too masculine imo. I think it's fine as a nickname though.
Frances: Cute, sounds very feminine. I would also like to consider Francesca.
Hope: I love this name very much, Hope just radiates positive feeling and kindness to me. But I can't find any nicknames for this name.
Overall I like this name combo. This combo sounds French-American to me with Jacqueline and Frances being French and Jackie and Hope being American. 3.5/5
