On first glance, I'd say MY-ruh, with the first syllable rhyming with "lye." And with that pronunciation, I don't mind Meira terribly--it looks a far sight better than Myra.

Meira is a pretty name and I think that it would age well. It seems like it would be pronounced MEER-uh, but I'm not entirely sure since it's a Jewish name and a form of Meir, which I think is pronounced like Meyer. Meira might be pronounced MY-ra (like Myra). Either is nice, but Mira seems less likely to be mispronounced.
