I should say Elsa, it's conventional, conveniently short, well-known, international, etc...
But I find Ailsa very attractive due to its connection to Ailsa Craig, an island. Plus, today I've read about islands (i.e., the Hebrides - Scottish archipelago)...
So, stars make me choose Ailsa XD)))

Both are very pretty, but problematic in their own ways. Elsa is forever Frozen, whereas Ailsa would cause some spelling difficulties.
