I've never understood the appeal of Justine. I think its really plain and has no "oomph" to it. :-/

I really dislike both of them (sorry :-) but of the two, Justine is better.
I actually am okay with Justinia, but I am not sure if it would be accepted as a valid name. you could make a case for it (ie Lucius -> Lucia, Julius -> Julia, Lavinius -> Lavinia) but I'm not sure what people would say.
*ETA* okay. so I'm not sure if Lavinius is the masc form, but I am leaving it there anyways. ;)

There was one by each name in my high school, actually. The Justina was awful; the Justine, pretty nice. I'm now biased towards Justine.
I prefer Justicia (I go back and forth between saying it jus-TIH-see-uh and jus-TEE-see-uh), though.
