Ugh. Horrible. Surname that is not attractive as a first name on a girl---what else is new these days? More and more of them will keep on coming, so pretty soon I'm expecting to see a surname such as Miller or Cooke on a girl.
Kinsey also makes me think of Alfred Kinsey, who, back in the late 1940s and early 1950s, published research on human sexuality that shocked and outraged the public, although it doesn't seem too shocking today. The name Kinsey became rather notorious at that time. But I think that I have many associations that the majority of people don't.
