Does Annabella Rose sound good?

It's nice. I like Autumn Rose, it's on my list. Rose is a filler middle name but you should use it if you love it. Annabella is uncommon and goes well with Rose. I would just avoid very common first name/middle name combos. Hannah Grace, for example, is super common and so are Jennifer Marie and Emily Ann. So I wouldn't pair Ann or Grace with Emily or Hannah but something like Meadow Grace or Tabitha Ann would be fine.
It's very frilly to me, and I agree with the others that Rose is overused as a mn.
There's nothing WRONG with it, but...
...it's boring as hell. I'm a Rose fan, but I am getting mighty sick of it being used as a middle name. Even a not-so-common first name can't whitewash the boredom.

Yep. My sister Pam had at one point decided, way back around 1990, to give a daughter the middle name Rose. By the time she had her first daughter, in 1994, Rose had already become cliched as a middle name, so much so that she had abandoned the idea. She now has four daughters and not one has the middle name Rose.
Poor Pam also had to abandon Emily as a first name. She did so after going to the grocery store and hearing three different mothers call their little girls Emily.
If one must go with Rose as a middle name, Annabelle Rose sounds better than Annabella Rose.
