Greek mythology I feel is more 'serious', a theme for a sibset not a litter of bunnies (are a group of rabbits called a litter? - I don't know.)
I am also a Harry Potter fan but I think Harry and Ron are a little dull on rabbits, but if you used something more out there; Hermione, Neville, Dumbeldoor... for example then it could be a really good idea.

I love the idea of a bunny named Xenophilius. Totally in love with it. I really need to think some more about this.
