Re: This or That and Why?
Alexander Caspian, Alexander Cassius or Alexander Declan? - Alexander Cassius - unusual and strong-sounding. Caspian is too Narnia/made-up for me and Declan reminds me of wallpaper
Alexander nn Alec or Xander? - 1000x Alec, much nicer
Alfred Cecil, Alfred Hugh or Alfred Miles? - Alfred Hugh; quite like them all, though
Arthur Bradley, Arthur Crispin or Arthur Percival? - Arthur Crispin. Bradley's too downmarket and Percival's too knightly
Callum Alexander, Callum David or Callum Rhys? - Callum Rhys, better flow
Ezekiel Allan, Ezekiel David or Ezekiel Peleg? - um Ezekiel Peleg? The other two don't work for me, probably because they seem so cosy next to outlandish Ezekiel
Robinson Amos, Robinson Douglas or Robinson Neil? (nickname Robin) They all look like they're the wrong way round to me :) Robin Douglas would be nicestGirls:
Bethany Elaine, Bethany Hope or Bethany Leah? - Bethany Elaine; dislike the other names but they do work well
Clara Beatrice, Clara Evelyn, Clara Joyce or Clara June? - Clara June; prefer the flow
Eliza Florence, Eliza Jeanette or Eliza Sadie? - Eliza Florence; it's so nicely Victorian. Jeanette is nice too though
Emilia Claire, Emilia Florence, Emilia Joyce? - Emilia Clare
Isla Guinevere, Isla Kathleen, Isla Margaret or Isla Niamh? - Isla Margaret. Gives some solidity to insubstantial Isla
Lorna Esme, Lorna Kathleen or Lorna Marjorie? Lorna Marjorie, just because nobody ever uses Marjorie and it's great to see it
Noemia Esther, Noemia Eve, Noemia Hope or Noemia Ruth? - Noemia Ruth. Lovely
Petra Felicity, Petra June, Petra Melody or Petra Zoe? Petra Zoe because I like Zoe best, but Petra Melody is great
Rose Amelia, Rose Georgiana or Rose Stella? - Rose Georgiana; gives Rose a lift
Lucie or Lucy? MN suggestions? Absolutely Lucy. Maybe Lucy Marjorie?
