I like Helena pronounced your way. But it might not be most people's first guess - certainly where I live, people would assume it was huh LEEa nuh. So I'd go for Helen or Elinor/Eleanor, and with Jordan then Helen would be trite and rhymey. Or you could make Jordan the second mn, breaking up the sequence: Helen Beatrice Jordan, Helen Ruth JOrdan, Helen Elizabeth Jordan, Helen Danika Jordan, why not?
