I really like Benjamin and Ben is a very handsome, ageless nickname. Keep it.
The others I don't like at all. Lady is a terrible name, even for a nn. It's the female equivalent of "Hey you."
Louisa is okay, but I like Louise muc better. I don't think using it would be a problem, though Lulu and Lilou are icky-cutesy nns.
I'd skip using any more Nick kinds of names, just because I would already be tired of hearing them at family events. Colette can be a name on its own so you could use that.
Peregrine is so wimpy and prissy. Pippin and Pip are gross, like hiccups. Perry is okay and can be a name on its own.
Ha, just remembered: my stepfather went to school with a kid named Perry. They had to go to summer school and the summer-school teacher was taking everybody's names. Perry said "Perry Mason" which was his actual name. The teacher, a big, no-nonsense type guy who kept strict order in his class, said, according to my stepdad: "I won't have no smart-asses in my class. What's your name?" "Perry Mason." "I'll ask you one more goddam time ..."
"Perry Mason, it's right on my paperwork." Teacher checked, sighed and said "All right, Mason, sit down and shut up." And from then on, Perry was his favorite student.
