Yes. It'll be a long time before those names could be used together again. It's too infamous.
That said, I like both names separately -- especially Diana. I also like Diana with the other boy's name on your list, Frederick.
Maybe just use either Charles or Diana as a mn to avoid the awkwardness? Diana MN and Frederick Charles?
