Eight might seem like an odd number to have a "Top of" but recently I realised that I probably will only have three or four children, and so here are my four choices for each gender.
Opinions on the names individually and as a potential sibset are warmly welcome.

I love Rose and Sebastian! I think they would make a beautiful sibset.
I also don't mine Tobias, Jeremy and Luna. Sebastian and Tobias would make a lovely set also. Rose and Luna would be sweet as sisters.
Atticus, Margot and Willow are nms. :(

I like your boys names. For a girl I only like Willow, the other ones are not my cup of tea. Though Margot and Willow would make a nice sibset.

Tobias- It's okay, not my favorite. I'm not so fond of the "bias" part of it. Also Toby sounds like a cat to me because I have one named Toby.
Sebastian- I like it, but not enough to use it myself.
Atticus- I wouldn't use it because it's so associated with the character. He's a good character to be named after, but I just steer clear of all names that have one heavy association like this one.
Jeremy- I like Jeremy. It's friendly, very boy-next-door.
Rose- Beautiful and classic.
Luna- I used to like it more than I do now, but I still think it's pretty and the association with the moon is nice.
Margot- It still reminds me of maggots, unfortunately. Though I like it better than Margaret.
Willow- I like Willow, it's very soft and reminds me of the trees.
Sebastian- I like it, but not enough to use it myself.
Atticus- I wouldn't use it because it's so associated with the character. He's a good character to be named after, but I just steer clear of all names that have one heavy association like this one.

Atticus: It's all right, seems kinda new-ish.
Jeremy: Overused, in my opinion, but still a good name.

Margot: Seems a little dated compared to your other names. My first thought is Margot Frank, sister of Anne Frank.
Willow: Not my favourite, but a good name anyway.

Tobias - I love Tobias. I've liked it for as long as I've had an interest in names. It's classic and very handsome, but also uncommon (at least here). I'm not the hugest fan of Toby though but I guess it makes Tobias more user friendly. I've only ever met one Tobias in my life. He was 8.
Sebastian - I really like Sebastian, it sounds interesting and again isn't very popular. Tobias and Sebastian would be a gorgeous sibset

I really like Tobias and Sebastian. And they sound great together. Atticus is very cool and makes the threesome a bit more nerdy/pretentious - something I kinda like in names. Jeremy, on the other hand, doesn't seem to ft with the other three at all. I don't like the name, but that aside, I don't really think it jives with the others. (Truth be told, though, I wouldn't let that stop me if I loved the name.)

I like Rose and Margot, and Sebastian is ok. It would be refreshing to see Rose as a first name, and to see Margot used in general.
Jeremy and Atticus are a bit too To Kill a Mockingbird and I wouldn't use both in the same sibset. Luna reminds me of lunatic, and Willow isn't bad but I don't think it's a name that would suit everybody.

Tobias - Sounds a little whiney to me. And I dislike it for personal reasons,
Sebastian - Love it. Classic and handsome.
Atticus - It's alright.
