First and middleAfter some internet research (this question made me think)... I found a post in which someone listed some names of a family they knew. Apparently the parents palindromed the first and middle for all their children. The names listed are below:
Lebanna Annabel
Noel Leon
Lledo Odell
Laur Raul
Loneva Avenol
Leah Hael
*besides that, it looks like they like L-names!

I think Noel Leon is quite clever. It's subtler than the other palindromic names, since they're both established boys' names. Sounds like an interesting family, if it's real!

There's Aviva too.
When I was little I liked a book called "Hannah is a Palindrome" by Mindy Warshaw Skolsky. Hannah was in class and the teacher wrote Hannah Is a Palindrome, but then had to leave the classroom and let Hannah be in charge while she was gone. The kids kept cutting up and laughing and yelling "Hannah is a palindrome!" and she was afraid she wouldn't be able to keep order. She finally went to the dictionary and looked the word up and then went to the blackboard and wrote "Otto Is a Palindrome" Otto being the class troublemaker.
