I'd just go with Alana or Alanna. They both clearly reference 'Allan' so I don't think you have to use the more contrived Allana spelling. Though it's a middle name so I think it will also be no trouble if that is the one you feel is the best fit.

As a stretch, I think Alice could be used to honor Allan. Just because of the same first syllable thing and they do sound very similar.
