I don't like hyphenated names at all because they come off as so pretentious. Ann Freya would be better. Actually, Anne Freya would be better because Anne is the more elegant, interesting spelling. Freya is kind of an awesome mn. I'm glad you aren't asking about Freya-Ann because that combo would have been quite boring and twee.
First reaction: It's awkward sounding. It's not a combo I've heard before and it doesn't flow or ... anything really. Sorry.

I like it... I guess. I'm not crazy about Freya. I'm kind of wary of double names because they're overused so obnoxiously and pretentiously in the South of the US where I'm from. That said, I do like one Anne double name a lot: Anne Sophie.
