I don't see why not. What a gorgeous combo! Priya is apparently in the top 300 in England/Wales, so I really don't think there's a reason to worry. I think it would splendidly.

There is a large Indian community in the UK, though, so I expect only a handful of baby Priyas are White British, if any at all.

It's funny. Here in Australia I know 3 Priya's and all three are white and not from Indian backgrounds!
