Okay, so I first picked more than ten favorites and least favorites, but since you wanted us to pick exactly ten, I will do so.
My favorites from your list are - in this order, starting at my most favored
1. Elias
2. Marwa
3. Elijah
4. Felix
5. Lina
6. Eli
7. Ezra
8. Lia
9. Hawa
10. Leonidas
I don't like at all
1. Tawfiq
2. Ruqayya
3. Najwa
4. Tewodros - 1.-4. just have a very strange spelling
5. Rayanne - looks made up
6. Abdullah
7. Donald - thinking of Donald Duck...
8. Desmond - like a rich and inapproachable man's son... and not a little boy's name
9. Issa - this one just looks weird, and doesn't really sound masculine
10. Asher - reminds me of "ashes"
