I think it's risky. Eleanor Beautiful sounds good but ... I find myself preferring Bella, for probably the first time in my life. And I heartily dislike wimpy Primrose, so stiffening it with Bravery does nothing to help.
I knew a very nice woman named Beauty once. That was the name she went by. And it suited her OK, except that she had the misfortune to be very, very plain indeed.
I suppose that using more traditional virtue or characteristic names is more acceptable because they've largely lost their meaning - unless you actively think about it - and become just names, like Jeff and Susan.
