Squee, I like Sienna.
Rowan for a boy, Violet for a girl gmv.
I also like Valentina a lot. And Elsa is nice. but Violet / Violeta and Sienna make slightly cooler sister-names.
Aitana is interesting - do you have any info about it? The only issue I see there is that it seems much more unusual than Sienna.
Alana seems to go with Sienna. ?
I suggest Louis for a boy name (or Luis). It's more like Henry than Rowan, and a lot more like Henry than trendy surnamey Finley or Sutton. Louis doesn't go too great with Charles, but it's not awful.
There's also Rafael.
Oliver's a fine name, but it doesn't have the nice bright feeling for me that most of your other names, like Henry and Sienna, Violet (-a) and Valentina do.

Aitana is the name of a mountain range in Spain. My DH loves it, but my concern is that some people may pronounce it incorrectly because it is an unusual name - it's meant to be pronounced eye-TAH-na, and it could be said AY-tah-na or AH-ee-tah-na.
Luis is actually my son's middle name - Henry Luis :) Luis is my DH's and his father's middle name so we liked the idea of passing it down.
I'm not too fond of Rafael - bad connotation, and can't stand the nickname Rafi :/
