Since I really detest this name, I'd cross out the Annabelle combos. I think it's much too sticky and sweet next to the classy Frederick Benjamin. The same applies to Penelope. However, I'd be OK with them as middle names.
This does not apply to Caoimhe, which is just too weird due to its tough spelling. This one is just too alien next to Benjamin.
Which leaves me with Alice Penelope and Cecily Beatrice. However, Alice Penelope flows the best and Alice matches Frederick perfectly!
