I really like Delphine (had no idea it was "vintage" though), Opal, Petra and Tillie (prefer Tilly). Winifred is nice too.
The only ones I think will gain popularity are Georgiana (which is pretty standard, there are lots of Georginas at least), Lucinda (also standard) and possibly Polly. Tillie has been well-used for quite a few years, especially as a nn for Matilda. I know a Tilly/Matilda who is 13 or 14. Edwina is reasonably well-used too.
I'd love to know how they predict this and why they choose these names. Who is going to name their child Flossie? All I think of is fairy floss. Florence is getting more popular, but Flossie on its own? Really?
