Baby girl's name
My top three names are Celeste, Greta and Iva
Her middle name will be Carolynn.
I did a poll earlier today and it seemed most liked Celeste.
We are due any day now.
Thoughts?

If the mn will be Carolynn then not Celeste, Greta and Iva flow much better with Carolynn.
I love Greta / Gretta, this name has been on my mind a lot lately. Iva is okay. Celeste I like but don't love.
So Greta Carolynn is my choice.
P.S. Congratulations and good luck! :)

I like Celeste the best as well, but I have a preference for C-names in general. I find it pretty, recognizable and frilly without being pretentious.
That said, Greta is also a great choice. Greta Carolynn flows well, is not common, is easy to say and spell and s is still cute on toddlers or teens.
So, while I like Celeste the best of the list - the middle name would change my topi choice to Greta.

I really dislike Iva. If anything, it's worse than Ivy - sounds like "I've a ..." .
Celeste is rather pretentious as well as sentimental, and the only one I knew (a former colleague) scorned and despised it and insisted on being called Sally. Or was she a secret Celine? Can't recall, but the principle is the same.
I like Greta and would use it with Carolynn happily (except I'd never put the second -n on Carolyn, but I'm sure you have your reasons). It also avoids the double-C initials you'd get with Celeste Carolynn, which might lead to CC as a nn at some point.
Babies being what they are, be aware that she might well emerge looking like a Janet or a Jemima!

I actually like CC as a nn.
