I find Connie too girly for a boy. I do like just "Con" though. I know a little Konrad and it doesn't seem too long at all calling him that, but if I were to shorten it then I would go for Con. I did know a couple of girls named Connie when I was little though, so that's probably influencing my perspective.
I like Jason, it's a bit 80s feeling to me, but generally I feel it's one of those names that can fit any sort of guy and it's got a good vibe.
Alaric is great. I think it's on the weirder side, but generally it wouldn't be a hard one for people to get used to I don't think.
