I love it! It's weird its usage is mentioned as a "?" cause I'm pretty sure it's a Greek name. All the Avras I know are Greek, including my "aunt" (she was one of my mom's former professors who was just very close to our family). Anyway, it's very pretty and unusual but doesn't feel too out there.I like Ara too, a lot more than I like Arabella.
