I like the idea of the grandfather using honoring names. Picking a name with a meaning like 'miracle' or what have you is pretty Sueish and cliche. Honestly, I think the best course would to give her an original name, so she's an individual not marred by her mothers or grandmother's death. Having her middle name be her mother's is fitting though.
