HelpRe: What could you have been named?

If I were a boy I would have been Vincent P. III. No middle name because my father was born and my grandmother said name him after his father when they were quickly baptizing him because he was very small. My grandfather had no middle name. He was supposed to have been Vincent Paul. Instead they name the next boy Paul and took the middle name Michael. They were supposed to have Vincent Paul and Michael Mark. There is no one with the name Mark now.
Besides Melissa the other choice was Marcella nn Marcie but they didn't want names with the EE sound at the end because our last name has that sound. Even thought my parents Vinny and Debbie both have that rhyming sound with their nns.
My sister was either going to be Allison, Lauren, or Laurel but my dad didn't like one of the L ones and I said I liked Allison because of Alice in Wonderland (It sounds like it is her name, Allison Wonderland). She now goes by Allie (another long E sound). She also could have been Vincent.
ETA: I also was almost Sarah Elinor after my two grandmothers.
