Alexandra nn Alex or Allie- all a bit dated. Probably because of all of the girls named Alexis, Lexi, Alexia, etc that I know.
Ginevra- Perhaps. But Ginny wasn't called Ginevra that often. According to Wikipedia, it's a form of Juniper, and other related names are Guinevere, Geneva, Genevieve, and Jennifer. I prefer Geneva and Geneve (French form of the city name), and Ginevra as names. Jennifer is too dated.
Hera, Antonia, Thomasina, Harriet- I'm not a fan of any of them, but I don't despise them either.
