Eleanor Pearl is my favorite here. I also love Edith Pearl but I think Eleanor just flows better. Ada and Josephina are tied for me. I much prefer Josephina to Ada but Ada Pearl just sounds so lovely too. Josephina is a bit of a mouthful but still unexpected and nice.
Pearl, I think, goes great with a lot of names. It gives a nice shimmer to otherwise somewhat bland names. Personally my favorite pearl combo is Charlotte Pearl. But I'd pair it with pretty much anything tbh.
