I've never heard any of these used here in the U.S. Lovely names!My favorites are:
Annora - Really cute and it ages well. If she wants a nickname, she could be Annie or Nora.
Evangelina - I've seen Evangeline on this site a lot, but this one is a great variation. Elegant and super classy.
Ludovica - Dark and mysterious, definitely unusual.
Aloisia - Strong and sweet name.Marius - Love the association with the character from Les Misérables. Strong classic name.
Gavriel - A nice change from Gabriel. Light and musical name.
Alonzo - Unusual and classy name, not too pretentious.
Prosper - Not gutsy enough to use this myself, but it's a cool name and it has a lot of history behind it.
