Re: This or that (all boys)
Which of each pair do you prefer? (and why, if you wish to share)
Rigby. I have a name crush on Rigby. Quincy. I'm pretty sure that I'd prefer the sound of Quincy regardless, but I went to school with a Quentin that was the "That kid will have an arrest record by the time he's 14" types. Nothing to do with the name, but he was friends with a kid I later saw on the local news' "most wanted" by the time I was 25. Cadell. I like hard C names quite a bit. I don't like that many O names. Elam. No real reason, just prefer the sound. Emery. The first Avery I knew was a female. The first male Avery I knew turned out to be a pedophile. Yikes. Callahan. I like the sound. Father Callahan is kinda cool. Calloway/Callaway is golf. Callahan. Because watermelons. Everett. Ever is my favorite word based on sound. And I like Ulysses Everett McGill. I don't like Evander Holyfield. And I consitently mistype it as evader. Finn. Finn is much more awesome than Flynn in every way. Miles. He's sweet and charming. Giles is prancy and thinks too highly of himself. Lachlan. Unfair question, though. Makaio in theory, but I'd probably be more likely to use Mateo irl. Murdoch or Monroe? Not sure. I don't like either really. I just hear Rupert and Marilyn. Rowan. Never been a fan of Roman, but can't give a reason why.Tadeo. So I could use Tad as a nn. That, and in San Antonio, it would probably be assumed I names him after http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tiago_Splitter . Not necessarily a bad thing, but still. Josias. Joash feels, I don't know, abrupt maybe? Though I prefer Josiah. -------------------

Holyfield is soooo sexy. I am not sure to what degree that opinion of mine influences my love of Evander. :-D
