There are a lot of K/Cs, for some reason I like Ks in the middle of names (they seem more authentic, even though I know that's not always true) and Cs at the beginning.
I prefer:
Luka over Luca
Lukas over Lucas
Nikolai over Nicolai
Niko over Nico
Calliope over Kalliope
Linnaea over Linnea
Helaina over Helena
Anne over Ann (this ones a bit more tricky, since my mum's middle is Ann, so for honouring purposes I'd use Ann, though I'm not actually going to)
Fae over Faye (looks way more magical and it's closer to faerie)
Medeia over Medea
