I don't find either name appealing in the least.
Harper always has a "look at how well read I am naming my kid after the last book I read...in 9th grade." vibe and Marlowe for Christopher Marlowe seems equally try hard.
They are also very popular for girls, and while I am a big fan of taking back the boys names there are much better options.
