For clarification sake, are you looking for names that mean happy, sad, etc or are you asking about names that give off a particular feel to some people? Oo, Pamela was a good one for "loud". Hephzibah is a lot more lively to me though... I guess I would label that confusing AND exciting. I kinda wish it were usable today. Hepsie is adorbs. Haha. Blair as confusing! Though, I would honestly agree.
*I think she meant the vibe of the names, not the meaning. At least I hope so, because that is how I answered.
