Do you like the name...
Elise?
It's been on my mind recently. I've always really liked it though.

I think it sounds beautiful. Feminine but not frilly, easy to spell and pronounce, not too common or too unusual. It pretty much ticks all the boxes for me.
Yes
I didn't used to. It's my middle name, though spelled Elyse, and I always thought it was lame and boring. But as I started hearing it more as a first name as an adult (on a few girls my age and also the daughters of friends), I started thinking it seemed pretty after all. I like it now, and actually it always slips my mind!

It's okay. Don't hate it, don't love it. I guess that leaves "like."
I think it's utterly boring. It's so popular here, and it makes me think of a snobby child.
For a long time I disliked it because of a girl I grew up with who was completely obnoxious and left me with a terrible impression. I'm pretty sure I've actually mentioned this on previous posts on the name lol
But I'm starting to grow on it. Part of it is due to Assassin's Creed: Unity, even though it wasn't a very good game.
It has a certain romantic quality to it I've come to realize.

I love Elise. It's so soft and pretty.
In my opinion it sounds to delicate and fragile sounding. Ellie sounds better.
One of my absolute favourites. Always has been.
I like it. I think it is a pretty name and it ages well.
No, not really. It's soft and smooth, but it has a weak quality that, say, Lisa doesn't have.
Yes. Though, I always seem to pull it for middle name spots when making combos. It's perfectly suited for that position with it's two syllables and sharp sounding ending.
As a first name, I like it as well. It's pretty but not fussy, and soft and feminine sounding, but still has a strong feel to it. A traditional feel almost.
I have never met an Elise either, which enhances it's appeal. Though, I will admit that I know an Elyse in her 30s. I much prefer the Elise spelling.

It's ok. It looks prettier than it sounds and makes a better middle name than a first in my opinion
