Cousin's new baby
My cousin and his wife just had their baby to day and her name is Eva Leslie.

That's such a pretty name!
Could be a whole lot worse. Though I don't get the -lie spelling of Lesley for female use ... just one of those American things, I suppose.
My family tends to the conservative in naming habits, and my aunt Eva was a one-off. I asked my grandmother once where they'd got it from and she said, well, she was their first child (!) and they'd liked the fact that it didn't have a nickname - both grandparents went by short forms of their given names, and I suppose it got a bit tiresome. At that point my aunt wandered in - we were staying with her - and offered tea. Granny instantly said "Oh yes, thank you, Eve" without a twitch of irony.
For whatever reason, I prefer Eve!

Cute
That's really pretty! Somehow those name really suit each other, and I'm not usually a fan of either. Congrats to them.
Congratulations :) That's a lovely name.
