What type of villains are these? Evil henchmen, a hoard of malicious wizards, Stuck up Lords from neighboring countries, brothers slighted and now seeking revenge, an army of warriors trying to maintain an archaic hierarchy, etc?I also assume you want made-up or rare names? Also - all men?A is a tough letter, though you could reasonably make it look villainous. The main issue is pronunciation... A-names that follow with another vowel are hard to pronounce and thus the reader becomes easily confused between villains unless they pause while reading and sort out who is who. F is a great letter for villains, but it's also a bit comical, so I am not sure if your story is humorous or not.
Farax
Facundus
Farolf
Fethi
Figgin
Folcmar
Fabrici
Foppe
Frambert
Fulbric
Fuscus
Frixx
FeltonM is a standard villainous letter (think Maleficient, Mordred, Morgana, etc) and I always think it is worth consideration.
Maderic
Mistivir
Meleti
Maziar
Migrot
Monulf
Muzio
Myrom
Manik
Markamar
Matar
Mastin
Milorad
Magua
Makary
Manzoor
Z is a more spunky, yet clearly villainous start for evil names, so that might work too.
Zaavan
Zawisza
Zeddick
Zeferi
Zeror
Zidain
Zissis
Zivan
Zrinko
Zorle
Etc... As for your list - the last three are so similar I know I would never be able to tell them apart while reading. Azdar is good though.

I think it really depends on a lot of factors, like the setting and what sort of names are common in that culture, and if these characters are choosing their own names or being named by their parents. For example, it sounds to me like Azdar is probably in some sort of fantasy setting, possibly a wizard of some kind, and most likely born into an upper class. Gage however has a very 'normal' sounding name. Assuming this is a fantasy setting, I'd guess he was born into the working class. Now, Azdar certainly could have been born into any class if he was given a different name but chose this one for himself much like Tom Riddle aka Lord Voldemort. Is there a reason these other characters names all start with the same letter? Is it a sign of their social class/caste? Just really trendy their year they were born? In order to be accepted into the Coven of Evil, does each person need a "magical" sounding name starting with A?

I agree with many of these questions. A little context goes a long way when naming characters.
