HelpRe: Leonardo.. usable?

1. Nope, not too over-the-top Italian. Leonardo is definitely doable and if you have any qualms, you could always go with Leo which is a complete name in and of itself.
2. Not really, imo. I don't care for the way the last two names have two syllables with the stress on the first syllable. Personally, I like Rufus Leonard Arnold better.
3. I like Barnaby best followed by Caspian. Each is classic and eclectic without being dated or frumpy. Having said that, I do like how Caspian Arnold sounds better than Barnaby Arnold.
