This is a tough one. The name Anne is a no go in both the first and middle name spot because of an aunt (Anne Elizabeth) who's not highly regarded by my immediate family and a half-aunt (Audrey Anne) who goes solely by her middle name and is similarly out of favor. I'd probably go with Ann for a middle name as a nod to a friend, and just continue the honoring with the first name Dorothy. Plus, I love the nickname Thea.
