August is too strongly linked to DH's wildly eccentric (not in a good way) former boss for me to feel remotely positive about it.
But that's got zilch to do with this little girl. And some months are probably quite unisex, though it'd be a strange parent who'd name a boy April or May or June.
What really puzzles me is that the adoption, and therefore presumably the birth, took place in July ...
