In order: first, Sofia; then Alexandra, Carolina and Ivy last of all.
Sofia works brilliantly with all your names. Alexandra does too, and has wonderful nn possibilities, but Sofia just shades it. I love Caroline, but not Carolina (but it's clearly a question of the language one speaks and what one is used to), and I really don't like Ivy - such an annoying plant, and that I at the beginning is off-putting.
