I like Jessamine in so much as I wouldn't use it, but I'd be excited to meet someone with the name. If I thought I was meeting a Jessamine and in fact had met a Jessamyn, I would be a smidge disappointed.
As for combinations, I kind of want to go completely over the top with Tallulah Jessamine. Mara Jessamine is sweet in modern, rounded kind of way. I'd like Margaret Jessamine "Mara".
