I like both names. They're not too common that every kid has that name but their not too uncommon that they get second looks.

As for Wyatt... it is one of the few names that I truly despise. I don't like the appearance or the sound of it... it is nasally and annoyingly popular. Your opinion is clearly different, Elena, so if it has been your dream to name a son it -- go for it.

I've always found Lucas unappealing, but many others seem to like it. I think Wyatt is better and reminds me of Ben Wyatt from Parks & Rec. :)

Wyatt sounds whiny and nasally.

Lucas. It does not rhyme with "mucus." It does not. There's a YOO sound in the first syllable of "mucus" and there isn't in Lucas.

Lucas is handsome and Wyatt is cowboy and I don't like cowboy.

I will say Wyatt because it seems stronger to me. I prefer Luke, and Lukas. The c spelling seems sort of weak to me.
